We understand that due to some unavoidable circumstances you may need to cancel your course and request a refund. By purchasing a training course from us, you agree to our privacy policy, terms & conditions, refund & cancellation policy.

Refund Terms & Conditions

Self-Paced Learning and Instructor-Led Training

1. Refund of enrolled courses are allowed & will be paid within 10 working days.
2. Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing a course via mail to email: info@skilltechindia.net.
3. If you purchase the course just before the scheduled class and start attending, no refund request will be accepted.
4. Submit payment receipt and course details when applying for cancellation and refund.
5. Provide the course name, purchase date, amount and mode of payment.
6. Refund will be processed in 10 working days.
7. Refund will be paid to the same mode of payment.

Any refund request failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted.

University Partnered Programs / Bootcamps

Cancellation & refund requests must be submitted for regular classes (On campus, Live or Recorded) whether attended or not, as per the terms below:

1. Refund of enrolled courses are allowed & will be paid within 10 working days.
2. Submit your refund request before 24 hrs of commencement of the course via mail to info@skilltechindia.net.
3. Submit payment receipt and details of the course when applying for cancellation and refund.
4. Provide course details, purchase date and amount.
5. Refund will be processed in 10 working days.
6. Refund will be paid to the same mode of payment.

For instructor-led training & university partnered programs, SkillTech reserves the right to reschedule/cancel a class/session due to unavoidable circumstances.

CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO Programs

We reserve the right to reschedule/cancel a class/session due to unavoidable circumstances, or change the location of a class. To qualify for a refund, you must:

1. Refund of enrolled courses are allowed & will be paid within 10 working days.
2. Submit your refund request before 24 hrs of commencement of the course via mail to info@skilltechindia.net.
3. If you purchase the course just before the scheduled class and start attending, no refund request will be accepted.
