Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing our courses. We hope you will learn a lot from our course material which will help you achieve the required skills for your career.

We understand that due to some unavoidable circumstances you may need to cancel your course and request a refund. By purchasing a training course from us, you agree to our privacy policy, terms & conditions, refund & cancellation policy.

1. Self-Paced Learning and Instructor-Led Training

1. Cancellation of enrolled courses is allowed, and refunds will be processed as per the terms below:
   • Cancel before 24 hrs of commencement – full refund within 10 working days.
   • Cancel within 24 hrs – 10% fee forfeited, 90% refunded within 10 working days. Eligible for 10% discount on next enrollment.
   • Cancel after commencement – no refund will be applicable.
   • In case of medical emergency (with valid certificate) – full refund allowed.
2. Submit your cancellation request before 24 hrs of commencement via mail to email: info@skilltechindia.net.
3. If you purchase the course just before the scheduled class and start attending, no refund request will be accepted.
4. Submit payment receipt and course details when applying for cancellation and refund.
5. Provide course name, purchase date, amount paid, and mode of payment.
6. Refund will be processed within 10 working days.
7. Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment.

Any refund request failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted.

2. University Partnered Programs / Bootcamps

Cancellation & refund requests must be submitted for regular classes (On campus, Live, or Recorded), whether attended or not, as per the terms below:

1. Cancellation of enrolled courses is allowed, and refunds will be processed as per the terms below:
   • Cancel before 24 hrs of commencement – full refund within 10 working days.
   • Cancel within 24 hrs – 10% fee forfeited, 90% refunded within 10 working days. Eligible for 10% discount on next enrollment.
   • Cancel after commencement – no refund will be applicable.
   • In case of medical emergency (with valid certificate) – full refund allowed.

For instructor-led training & university partnered programs, SkillTech reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class/session due to unavoidable circumstances.

3. CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO Programs

We reserve the right to reschedule/cancel a class/session due to unavoidable circumstances or change the class location. To qualify for a refund:

1. Cancellation of enrolled courses is allowed, and refunds will be processed as per the terms below:
   • Cancel before 24 hrs of commencement – full refund within 10 working days.
   • Cancel within 24 hrs – 10% fee forfeited, 90% refunded within 10 working days. Eligible for 10% discount on next enrollment.
